The first Hermetic Principle leaves no doubt that Thought Frequency is the foundational fabric of existence.  Our fears and our hopes all emit frequency and through the law of resonance, these frequencies create a domino effect throughout every cell in our body and through the firing of every neurone in our brain. 

It appears that how our genes express depends not on predisposition but rather on up-regulation or down-regulation of gene potential.  One gram of DNA can store 700 Terrabits of data and thought Frequency is that data.  Through thought frequency alone, Dr Joe Dispenza was able to invigorate Genome signalling and regrow his severed spinal cord after a bicycle accident left him "permanently crippled". 

If all possibilities exist simultaneously in the Quantum Field and if an atom does not vibrate unless it is being observed, (Search: Double Slit Experiment), one must conclude that our attention is the key to creating the very reality in which we find ourselves.  

The immense power of Thought Frequency was famously demonstrated by Dr Masaru Emoto in his Water Crystals Experiment during which the structure of water crystals was programmed with the frequency of various thoughts.  Negative thoughts were shown to produce ugly, distorted crystals and positive thoughts and prayers were shown to produce beautiful, balanced perfect crystals.  Considering that the body is mostly water,  it's easy to imagine the power that thought frequency has to affect the structure of our cells.
